Toronto Accord[]

Toronto Accord

The Toronto Accord (TA): TWR's version of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (but using a white and light blue rose compass), this faction encompasses the former allies of WWII, the majors being the US, UK, and Canada (all of which have permanent seats on the UN Security Council).


Mediterranean Pact[]

Italy Faction

The Mediterranean Pact: Formed by Italy after their win in WWII (as a Semi-Official Alliance) to further Italian interests and control over the Mediterranean. Can be expanded to include most of the Balkan states, Egypt, and Yemen. In the Late 1950s will Become an Official Alliance.


Die Neue Ordnung[]

The New Order

Die Neue Ordnung (The New Order): Created in the aftermath of their victory in WWII (as an Unofficial Faction), it is Germany’s sphere of influence over it's conquered Europe. It exists to enrich Germany at the expense of its puppets. The smaller Faction Icon will change if Germany is led by the Heer.

Asian Communist Front

Asian Proletarian Front: Can be Created by Vietnam in the aftermath of their victory against China and Nationalist Vietnam , it stiles itself as a spiritual successor to the USSR’s Comintern. It seeks to export the Revolution to other Asian nations. A communist Korea can Join.


Pro-German Front[]

Pro-German Front: Created by the pro-German factions in the Reichkommissariats in the Ukrainian Civil War. They also Include the various Reichkommissariats of Ukraine, Ostland, Moscowien, and Kaukasus, German Settlers, and the Pro-German Collaborator factions of the Pro-German Front

Polish Resistance Faction

Southern Liberation Front: Formed by Polish and Ukrainian Partisans against the General Government (The German Government in Poland) of Poland during the German Civil War. An Unstable Alliance to Say the Least but will work Together For the Length of the Uprising.

German United Front[]

German United Front

Can Be Formed as an Alliance between any of the Nazi Factions in the German Civil war to Resist a Toronto Accord Intervention.

European Confederation[]

European Confederation

European Confederation: Think of this along the lines of a Nazi EU. It is formed by Joachim von Ribbentrop if he came out on top in the GCW after being elected by the Senate after Hitler's death. Whilst it is a Coalition of De-Jure Independent States with Many Joining Peacefully, it is still Dominated by the Reich. In many ways it is Similar to Japan's Co-Prosperity Sphere

Democratic Coalition[]

Democratic Coalition

Possibly formed by Vincente Lombardo Toledano of the Marxist PPS, this Mexican faction seeks to safeguard the democracies around Mexico. It enables Mexico to guarantee Guatemala, Costa Rico, and Honduras, and get a war goal against El Salvador, inviting Guatemala to the Coalition in the process.

Bucharest Pact[]

Bucherest Pact

Formed by Romania if led by the King, a democracy, or the fascist faction of the Iron Guard. Can invite Slovakia, Serbia (as long as Tito is NOT in power), and the Czechia.

Balkan-Ordnugspakt[]

Hellenic Reich

Balkan-Ordnugspakt: Formed by the national socialist Security Battalions (SB) led by Nikolas Bourantas, and created after taking the 'Hellenic Reich' focus.

Belgrade Pact[]

Belgrade Pact

Belgrade Pact: Formed by Yugoslavia/Serbia after a victory for the Chetniks, will auto invite Romania.

Nanjing Pact[]

Nanjing Pact

The Nanjing Pact will be formed by the Chinese leader at the time (with the sole exception of isolationist Dai Li), after the Vietnam War has been resolved and the US and China locked in a Cold War. It can expand to friendly neighbouring governments include Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Burma, Nationalist Vietnam, and Korea, if the USSR is led by Bulganin or Vlasov the USSR can join too

Greater Croatian League: Can be formed by Poglavnik Andrija Artuković if Croatia is denied entry into Germany's Die Neue Ordnung.

Balkan United Front: Formed by President Karlo Mrazović of Croatia, Anti Fascist and Anti Imperalist.

Southern Independence Alliance: Formed by democratic breakaway groups in the Reichkommissariats Kaukasus.

World Socialist Alliance[]

World Socialist Alliance

World Socialist Alliance: Formed by Ivan Konev from Kazan, it is extremely Anti-capitalist and anti-fascist.

Comintern[]

Comintern Faction

Comintern (Communist International): This reformed Comintern is created by a Perm government, either one of the successors to Mikhail Suslov, or if Ivan Turkenich is a puppet leader.

European Union[]

European Union: Formed by Russian Presidents Grigory Pomerants.


Moscow Pact[]

Moscow Pact

Moscow Pact: Formed by Russian Presidents Boris Pasternak (if he opens up to China) and Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. Also by the Novosibirsk government if Vietnam does not exist at the time of it's founding.

White International[]

White International: Formed by Konstantin Rodzaevsky from Buryatia as a counterweight to Communism and the West

Hanoi Pact[]

Hanoi Pact: Formed by the Novosibirsk government if Vietnam does exist at the time of it's founding.

Indian Factions[]

There are three Indian factions, each corresponding to a winner of the 1952 election there:

Indian Unity League[]

Indian Unity League

Subhas Chandra Bose can form the Indian Unity League. This is in response to a Chinese refusal to join an Asian Defense League (not a faction itself, but a national spirit).

Indochinese Comintern[]

Indchinise Commies

Jayaprakash Narayan will form the Indochinese Comintern. This only occurs if you do not choose the anarchist path. It will focus on defense against China.

Democratic Indian Union[]

Democratic India

Morarji Desai will form the Democratic Indian Union. His goal is to unite India’s neighbors in a democratic defense union to keep themselves safe from those who would undo their democracy.
